Frank Ogden, MS; NCSP

Frank is a licensed and nationally certified school psychologist. He earned his BA and MS degrees from Western Illinois University. He has 25 years of experience working in school and clinical settings with children ranging from preschool to high school age. Frank has extensive experience evaluating and diagnosing learning disabilities and emotional difficulties in children.
